Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

 If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt.  A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection.  Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused and in resalable condition and are subject to 15% restocking fee.  Logrite inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.  Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packing, all documentation, warranty cards, etc.  Logrite reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date.  If product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward a future purchase. 

Please note that custom built items are non-refundable.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns.  The customer may also be responsible for returned shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned merchandise. 

Please call customer service at 800-631-4791 for a Return Merchandise Authorization code before sending merchandise. 

If order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.

Delivery Information

For your convenience, when selecting your method of shipment, you will be connected directly with FedEx & UPS. This allows you to compare rates and choose the method which best meets your needs.  Freight charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day).

We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received, Orders received late in the day may not ship until the next business day. Slight delays may occur during holidays and high volume sale periods. When ordering by phone, our sales staff will provide an estimate on when you should receive your order.

**All shipping days are "Business Days". Weekends are NOT included in transit times.

**Please note that at this time we are experiencing high sales volume as well as extreme delays in raw material and vendor processing times. For this reason, order processing times are extended and we can not guarantee that your order is in stock at the time of order. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your order to ship. For more information on when to expect your order, you can call our customer service line. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.  Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item.  Items of differing sizes and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together.  Most items ship ground.  Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck.  Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries.Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight.  Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge.


Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice.  Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and export orders.  Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by consignee. 


Collect shipments - We gladly ship via your specified carrier however; we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
